In this episode Molly and her coach Jon talk about the not so planned decision to go on a debut the marathon at the trials. She went to Notre Dame where she won the NCAA Cross Country title – becoming the first and only person since to win both an NCAA XC title and the US Footlocker championship title in high school.Īfter battling some injuries and facing some setbacks she ran her debut half marathon in San Antonia running a 1:10:27 and followed that up with a 69:35 in Houston.
